Since DU joined UC Berkeley for the Solar Decathlon a few months ago, members from both schools have been coordinating through numerous emails, phone calls, and video conferences. However today they’ll finally meet and begin to collaborate face-to-face!

UC Berkeley arrives in Denver today and the entire RISE team is excited to start working in a new way. What has been long anticipated and only an idea and plans for two years will finally come to fruition. Faces will be put to names and for the following few months the team will, together, start building and finalizing the solar house for the contest week in October.
